Columbia Southern University is a private university located in Orange Beach, AL. Recently the university underwent renovations on their 20,000 sq. ft. facility. GSE scope of work included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the non-traditional facility.

GSE was responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering design for a 25,000 sq. ft. renovation at the existing engineering lab building at USA. The design included plumbing design for a wave pool for the study of wave action on coastal regions. Revisions and additions to the existing HVAC, including the chilled/hot water loops and controls, were required. GSE also provided fire alarm design for the project. Plumbing design included routing plumbing water from an adjacent building.
